Process: Etching with Aquatint is an original work of art where a drawing is first drawn and then bitten using an acid process into the metal / copper / zinc plate. The bitten plate is then inked and printed through a press creating, in a limited edition of 30 prints. A resin dust is added to the plate, which is then heated at a high temperature, this creates tiny particles of tone, which are then bitten at varying degrees in acid to create the varying shade and tones.
